Kompas 360 Ltd. (komprint.co.uk), is based in Northamptonshire, UK, and offers a full design and art-work service prior to print, and of supplying finished printed matter, delivered throughout England and Wales, by silk screen,lithographic and hot off-set web printing processes.

Terminology
Initial Confirmation of order: When all costs are determined relating to any aspect of a project, including delivery, and after payment is made by customer, and the customer receives confirmation in return from Kompas 360 Ltd., by telephone, fax or e-mail.
Final Confirmation of order: When all preparatory design, art-work, copywriting, photography, illustration and proofing has been carried out and forwarded to the customer for approval.
Final approval prior to print: When all preparatory work as detailed in the Final Confirmation of Order has been carried out to the customers satisfaction and has been approved for printing by the customer.
Standard priced item: Any of the standard range of product/s appearing on the website komprint.co.uk who's price can be obtained directly from the pricing matrix contained on the web site, except items where a die cutter guide is required to be made up prior to commencing with print production, and that can be ordered and paid for without reference to an advisor or representative of Kompas-360 Ltd.

Prices
Prices when quoted by Kompas 360 Ltd. (komprint.co.uk), are given in GBP sterling and are shown inclusive of V.A.T. where applicable. Kompas 360 Ltd. retains the right to alter prices and offers without prior notice.

V.A.T.
For all orders placed for delivery within mainland England and Wales, V.A.T., where applicable, is charged at the prevailing rate (currently 17.5%). For all orders and, or delivery within the European Union. V.A.T. will be exempt only where sufficient documentation is provided relating to final destination of the goods and their intended use.Please note that customers may have to pay V.A.T. at the local rate relative to the point of delivery if the point of delivery is outside mainland UK.

Payment
Payment is available by most major credit/debit cards. Kompas 360 Ltd. accepts Switch, Maestro, Delta, Visa (not Electron), Solo, Mastercard and American Express securely online. Kompas 360 Ltd. will also accept payment by cheque. Please note that all payments by cheque will be subject to a five day clearing period before any order relating to said payment is confirmed to the customer (initial confirmation of order)
The customer may if preferred, send their credit card information separately via, fax or by mail to Kompas 360 Ltd. who will if also if desired, accept the customers order over the phone. Kompas 360 Ltd. will however, bear no responsibility for confidential customer information received by any of these methods.
Kompas 360 Ltd. do not charge for processing credit/debit card transactions, although some major card companies may make a small charge.

Credit Card Security
The web site owned by Kompas 360 Ltd. (Komprint.co.uk), is protected under the (The following statement is to be confirmed by selected Merchant services provider) active ISP SSL Policy, which enables secure communication between Kompas 360 Ltd. and visitors. The purchase area of the site is secured using industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of potentially sensitive information such as name, address and credit card details. Encrypted information, passed from the customers computer to Kompas 360 Ltd. cannot be read, in the event that it is intercepted by somebody else.
Availability
Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change at any time prior to confirmation of order to the customer. Kompas 360 Ltd. will endeavour to inform its customers of any changes that may materially affect their order.

Contract
The customer by submitting an order and having it confirmed is offering to buy the goods and service by allowing Kompas 360 Ltd. to use their personal details for the purchase and supply of goods, including providing the customers delivery details to any forwarding/fulfilment or delivery agent acting on behalf of Kompas 360 Ltd.
A contract is deemed to be in place between Kompas 360 Ltd. and the customer when the customer receives a initial confirmation of order. Kompas 360 Ltd. is not obliged to process orders or supply goods until payment is made in full, and confirmation of said payment and order (initial confirmation of order) is received back by the customer, either by e-mail, fax or recorded delivery. A contract is deemed to be in place between Kompas 360 Ltd and the customer only once the aforementioned process has been completed.The contract may be cancelled by either party, by e-mail or letter, at any time up to final approval prior to print,with refund due on any work not carried out by Kompas 360 Ltd. on behalf of the customer. Please refer to sections regarding refunds and cancellations.
Kompas 360 Ltd. reserves the right to refuse to carry out any work on behalf of its customers that it deems to be of an offensive, obscene or potentially illegal nature.
Kompas 360 Ltd assumes that the customer has the permission and right to use any registered trademark, logo, device, copy or image that it supplies, and accepts no liability whatsoever for infringement on the laws pertaining to Copyright by the customer.

Order Dispatch and Title
Title in the goods passes to the customer upon receipt of payment in full (initial confirmation of order). Responsibility for all goods ordered will remain with Kompas 360 Ltd. and any forwarding/fulfilment or delivery agent acting on its behalf, until such time as the customer has signed for the receipt of said goods.
Delivery
Goods will normally be dispatched within 8 -12 days from final approval of art-work by customer prior to printing. Kompas 360 Ltd. will always advise of any possible delays when acknowledging receipt of final approval prior to print. If a delay is deemed unacceptable by the customer a full refund (less fees incurred for any preparatory work carried out by Kompas 360 Ltd on behalf of the customer), will be given by Kompas 360 Ltd. (Customers are advised to refer to sections relating to refunds, cancellation and compensation)
Delivery charges (within mainland England and Wales) are itemised separately within the total of any given order.
Delivery in mainland England and Wales is by the assigned couriers Initial City Link or TNT, unless otherwise advised by Kompas 360 Ltd.Items are charged for on a by weight basis. All orders exceeding 500KG will be advised of cost prior to initial confirmation of order.
- For deliveries to Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and the Channel Islands the customer will be advised of any extra delivery charges prior to initial confirmation of order to the customer.
- International Orders within the European Union will be charged according to the assigned agents tariff.The customer will be advised of charge prior to initial confirmation of order.
- Orders which weigh over 10 kg, may be subject to additional delivery charges. The customer will be advised of charge prior to initial confirmation of order.
- Normal delivery times are between 8.30am and 5.30pm Mon-Fri. local time.
- Saturday deliveries within mainland England and Wales are available at an additional cost.
All consignments require a signature upon delivery.
If the customer is normally unavailable during the day Kompas 360 Ltd. can deliver to a neighbour or the customers place of work, which must be specified when placing the order.
Refunds
Refunds arising for whatever event will be refunded within 10 working days, and be made by the same method as that used for payment in the first instance.
Order Cancellation
The customer has the right to cancel their order for any reason within 7 days of order confirmation except:
A. Where any fees are due on any preparatory design and/or finished art-work completed prior to cancellation and agreed in the original contract . In this instance any fees due will be deducted from the customers refund.
B. Once an order has been given final approval prior to printing.

Compensation
If for any reason (other than industrial action, natural disaster or a state of hostility/war) Kompas 360 Ltd. fails to deliver within 12 days, of any standard priced item (excluding items where a cutting form is required) listed on its web site (komprint.co.uk),of receiving final approved prior to print, the following table of compensation will apply:
12th day = 10% refund of pre paid total
13th day = 20% refund of pre paid total
14th day = 30% refund of pre paid total
15th day = 40% refund of pre paid total
16th day = 50% refund of pre paid total
17th day = full refund of pre paid total
All compensation will be paid irrespective of the customer receiving their order.

Damaged or Faulty Goods
Claims for damaged or faulty goods must be made promptly by contacting Kompas 360 Ltd. by telephone, fax or e-mail, within 7 days of receipt of order, to obtain a returns number. The customer must then return the goods together with the sales receipt, sales reference number and the returns number detailed on the reverse of the receipt together with an explanation as to the reason for return.

Goods Return
The customer may not return the goods or demand a refund for any reason other than they are damaged or faulty. Please note Kompas 360 Ltd. are unable to exchange goods or give refunds if advised of damage or fault after 7 days of receipt of said goods. Kompas 360 Ltd. reserves the right to reject any claim where this procedure is not followed.
If the customer is returning items due to error on our part, including faulty/damaged goods, Kompas 360 Ltd. will refund all delivery charges incurred in sending the item back to Kompas 360 Ltd. A receipt must be provided for the postage costs. Otherwise the customer will be responsible for those charges incurred.
For the customers protection and security, Kompas 360 Ltd. recommends that the customer use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that the customer will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to Kompas 360 Ltd. unless Kompas 360 Ltd. delivered the item in error, or is for the return of faulty/damaged goods.
Kompas 360 Ltd. regret returns cannot be accepted without a valid returns number and explanation.
Please note the Damaged or Faulty Goods policy of Kompas 360 Ltd. will not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse on the part of the customer. Upon inspection we will replace the item or refund the payment, provided Kompas 360 Ltd. believe the goods to be damaged or faulty. Return postage costs will be reimbursed only with an accompanying receipt.

Complaints
If the customer wishes to make a complaint, please telephone e-mail, fax or write to Kompas 360 Ltd. and the company will endeavour to respond to the complaint within 7 working days.

Law
Sales by Kompas 360 Ltd. are governed by English law and the customer agrees to submit any dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. By submitting an order the customer is indicating unequivocal acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions do not affect the customers legal or statutory rights.
Security and Privacy
Kompas 360 Ltd. believe it to be of the utmost importance that the customer is able to shop on its web site in the knowledge that the information supplied to Kompas 360 Ltd. is kept secure at all times. Therefore appropriate encryption tools are used by Kompas 360 Ltd. within the online ordering system. Credit card orders are placed solely at the customers own risk.
Kompas 360 Ltd. does not store card details and all information supplied is used solely by Kompas 360 Ltd. to process the order and for the customers future convenience. Cookies (small packets of data) are used on its web site (komprint.co.uk), but only to keep track of the contents of the shopping basket, once item(s) are selected and to help the customer by retaining address details on the customers own computer to save time on future visits to komprint.co.uk (but then only if the customer choose this option at the checkout). Kompas 360 Ltd. undertake to never pass details of the customer on to third parties except in the processing of the order (e.g. to the delivery company).
Payments by credit card are protected against fraud.
We may e-mail existing customers from time to time with new product news and offers, but the customer will always be given the opportunity to unsubscribe to prevent receiving unwanted e-mail.
